I’m Brandon Jacobs, founder of Small Town Homes. My journey into homebuilding started in my early 20s, working hands-on in construction. Though my career took me in different directions over the years, I found myself continually drawn back to building—something I’ve always been passionate about. In 2024, my wife Teri, our son Taden, and I took the leap to turn that passion into a purpose, launching Small Town Homes with a clear goal: to bring quality, local craftsmanship back to small towns.

Our mission is simple—build homes that stand the test of time, with honesty, integrity, and attention to detail at every stage. We take pride in working closely with homeowners to create spaces that reflect their vision while honoring the values that make small-town living special.
